Make a fundable pitch deck
A 4-skill pipeline for a Series A or seed pitch deck — narrative-first structure, themed visuals, brand polish, and an editable .pptx your investors can flip through.
Pipeline
A pitch deck has two jobs: convince an investor in 12 slides and
leave them with a .pptx they can forward to partners. This stack
delivers both — narrative comes first, visuals and editability follow.
Step 1: Build the persuasive arc
Start with ppt-creator. It is opinionated about content structure: every slide answers “so what?” or “so now what?”. This is the McKinsey/BCG framing baked into a skill — perfect for getting the argument right before you worry about visuals.
Use ppt-creator to build a 12-slide Series A deck for [your company].
We do [problem]. Our solution is [value prop]. Traction so far: [numbers].
Use the "so-what / so-now-what" structure. Audience: enterprise CTOs.
Step 2: Apply a coherent theme
The output of step 1 looks like a competent intern made it. Pass it through theme-factory to apply one of 10 hand-tuned themes — color palette + font pairing in one shot. “Tech Innovation” or “Modern Minimalist” are typical pitch-deck choices.
Apply the "Tech Innovation" theme from theme-factory to the deck.
Keep the structure intact, only change palette and typography.
Step 3 (optional): Brand-level polish
If the deck represents a specific company brand, layer brand-guidelines on top — though this is designed for Anthropic’s house style, the mechanism (font-size-aware font swapping, accent rotation) generalizes to any brand book.
Step 4: Export to editable .pptx
anthropic-pptx is the engine layer that’s been
running underneath. Confirm the output is a real .pptx — speaker
notes intact, charts as editable objects, master slides honored. This
is the file you send to investors; this is the file they edit.
Variations
- Seed deck (10 slides) — same pipeline, ask ppt-creator for 10 slides instead.
- Internal board update — swap step 2 for the “Modern Minimalist” theme.
- Demo day deck (5 slides) — same pipeline but compressed; ppt-creator handles the constraint.
What this pipeline doesn’t do
- Animated transitions — for that, use nanobanana-ppt instead (~$10 cost).
- Cinema-grade visuals — for that, swap to next-slide with a “Bold” or “Cinema” style.
But the workhorse pitch deck stack is the four above. Run them in order, ship in 30 minutes.
